S A I L I N G

On a recent walk along the River Trent during the lockdown I noticed a distinct triangle on a metal fence, formed by the morning light. The shape reminded me of a sail and inspired me to create the impression of a sailing boat out at sea on the horizon. In order to do this I used the same phone image as the base layer and combined it with a range of different other photos, using various blend modes and crops. These are the results of my imagined trip to the sea.
