IN THE WOODS

When walking in the woods I love the different colours, smells and sounds that surround me and every season has its own attractions. But woods can also be mysterious, dark and even scary - as a child I grew up with german fairy tales like 'Hänsel and Gretel' and 'Little Red Riding Hood'. I try to convey both sentiments in my abstract woodland images.
